During the herb walk we will learn the principles of ethical and sustainable herb gathering and meet some of the first spring herbs and learn about their medicinal properties, uses and benefits.

We'll focus on herbs that can support our good health and wellness during the spring time and learn how the spring season influences our specific organs and organ systems.

In the workshop we will make several different herbal preparations such as teas, smoothie and shot from the spring herbs and learn which ones can be also used in the kitchen.

We end our day with homemade fika from locally sourced organic ingredients.

LANGUAGE: This workshop will be held in Swedish, unless majority of participants are non-swedish speaking. English translation is available.
