Full Day Herbal Workshop

You have asked and we listened. We are excited to offer this favorite hands-on workshop again. This time right here, on the grounds of Nordic Husky Farm and right in the middle of the most nourishing herb-rich time of the season!

• Learn to prepare delicious, nutritious and healthy food with wild herbs

• Enjoy cooking and sharing a feast together in company of like-minded souls

Many of our former participants could not imagine how could we possibly create a whole menu, including salad, soup, main meal, dessert and different drinks. Even the biggest sceptics (mostly from the male side of the participants) were surprised that wild herbs, many of which many of us call “weeds” can actually taste very delicious. And the health benefits, as they are packed with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, come as a big bonus on top!

We'll start with a welcome fika and then head out to the meadow and forest to gather our ingredients and learn more about these herbs.

Then, following the recipes in the booklet, we'll prepare our feast. Set the table with beautiful summer flowers and enjoy the results of our creation!

After a delicious (herbal) coffee and dessert, we'll share final thoughts and head home, rich with a lot of new inspiration and new appreciation for Mother Nature and the wild plants.
